Program Overview

The SABS Youth Development Programme invites unemployed graduates to join a one‑year internship starting in April 2026. The programme provides:

  • Hands‑on work experience across the Compliance, Risk and Legal Services department
  • Structured training and mentoring sessions
  • Rotational assignments to expose you to different functions
  • Monthly stipend of R8,000.00 for the duration of the programme

Eligibility

  • South African citizen
  • Age 18–35 years
  • Completed a relevant qualification (Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma)
  • Minimum 80% academic average in the completed qualification
  • No formal work experience in the field of study
  • Currently unemployed
