Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping & Maintenance departments
  • Manage guest relations including query resolution and complaint handling
  • Supervise reservations systems and online booking platform communications
  • Monitor revenue streams and maintain financial records
  • Conduct stock control and asset management
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
  • Perform Duty Manager functions and support General Manager operations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel/resort operations management
  • Comprehensive understanding of timeshare and hotel systems
  • Proficiency in property management software (Opera/Fidelio/Semper preferred)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Essential Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented approach to service delivery
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
