Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping & Maintenance departments
- Manage guest relations including query resolution and complaint handling
- Supervise reservations systems and online booking platform communications
- Monitor revenue streams and maintain financial records
- Conduct stock control and asset management
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
- Perform Duty Manager functions and support General Manager operations
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel/resort operations management
- Comprehensive understanding of timeshare and hotel systems
- Proficiency in property management software (Opera/Fidelio/Semper preferred)
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach to service delivery
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
