About the Role

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst Graduate who loves turning data into clear business insights. In this role you will work with marketing, sales and finance teams to build dashboards, track performance and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration & Analysis – Pull, clean and combine data from SAP, OCE/CRM and IQVIA.
• Performance Tracking – Analyse sales, market share and therapy trends; produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Financial Support – Help with forecasting, budgeting and KPI monitoring.
• Tableau Dashboard Development – Design and maintain interactive dashboards that translate complex questions into clear visual insights.
• Strategic Business Support – Work with Marketing, Sales and Finance to provide actionable insights on field force performance, customer segmentation, territory alignment and promotional impact.
• Data Governance & Quality – Reconcile data, perform quality checks and maintain documentation to meet privacy and regulatory standards.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Tableau dashboard development.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SAP, CRM systems (OCE, Veeva, Salesforce) or IQVIA data.
• Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
