Position Overview

Experience Required: 2-3 years in Revenue Management
Education: Hospitality diploma/certificate (preferred)

Key Qualifications

– Proficiency in Opera PMS configuration
– Advanced MS Excel skills
– Strong analytical capabilities
– Excellent communication skills

Core Responsibilities

Daily Operations:
Analyze occupancy trends and rate performance
Maintain rate parity across booking channels
Support sales teams with rate negotiations

Weekly Functions:
Prepare revenue performance reports
Conduct OTA platform audits
Manage room inventory allocations

Monthly/Annual Duties:
Deliver executive performance summaries
Contribute to annual budget planning
Optimize reporting systems and templates

Opera PMS | Microsoft Office Suite | OTA Extranets
