Position: Retail Store Assistant – Toti Centre

Role Overview
Support store management by executing operational and administrative tasks in alignment with company policies at our Phoenix Plaza location. Key responsibilities include:
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, refunds, and returns
- Oversee cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations
- Verify deliveries and process supplier invoices
- Coordinate stock management for high-risk inventory
- Maintain clear communication across departments
Requirements
- Matric certification (Grade 12)
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
- 1+ years retail experience (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license/reliable transport
- Clean criminal and credit record
