Position Overview

Education: Matric certificate or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
• Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory management
• Process transactions and handle store administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Maintain thorough product knowledge through training

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to handle stock (lifting/carrying)
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends
