Position Overview:

Location: Edenvale, Gauteng
Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Experience: 1 year (retail/sales background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
• Maintain store stock levels and manage inventory orders
• Process sales and handle basic administrative tasks
• Implement company policies and operational standards
• Keep product knowledge current through training programs

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Matric qualification (essential)
• Proven customer service skills
• Physical ability to handle stock (lifting up to 15kg)
• Flexibility for retail schedules (weekends/public holidays)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for pets and animal care
