Program Overview

This 12-month learnership offers hands-on training in:

• Professional cosmetic product knowledge
• Retail sales techniques
• Customer service excellence
• Store merchandising standards

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management:

• Maintain product availability and freshness
• Conduct regular inventory checks
• Report stock issues promptly

Sales Support:

• Create attractive product displays
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Process customer transactions

Customer Engagement:

• Provide expert beauty advice
• Resolve customer queries effectively
• Maintain service excellence standards

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills:

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong communication abilities
