Program Essentials

This learnership provides practical training in:

• Product promotion and sales techniques
• Cosmetics merchandising
• Customer relationship management
• Stock control procedures

Requirements

Essential:

• Matric certificate
• Retail hour flexibility
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office)

Advantageous:

• Previous beauty industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management:

• Maintain shelf stock quality and expiration monitoring
• Organize storage areas
• Conduct stock rotation and reporting

Sales & Merchandising:

• Create attractive product displays
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Achieve sales targets

Customer Service:

• Provide professional beauty advice
• Process POS transactions
• Resolve customer queries

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills (English)
• Basic financial understanding
• Self-motivated team player
• Valid SA ID with clean criminal record

Remuneration

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend
