Job Description

Join our 12-month Retail Cosmetics Learnership program to gain hands-on experience in beauty product promotion, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. This NQF Level 3 qualification prepares you for a retail cosmetics career while earning a stipend.

Requirements

Essential:

• Matric certificate
• Flexibility to work retail hours
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Advantageous:

• Prior beauty industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management:

• Monitor product expiration dates
• Maintain full stock levels
• Report damaged/expired items

Sales & Merchandising:

• Create attractive product displays
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Meet sales targets

Customer Service:

• Assist customers with product selection
• Process POS transactions
• Resolve customer queries

Core Competencies

• Effective communication skills
• Sales & customer relations
• Time management
• Financial literacy basics
