Core Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive sales growth and achieve store targets

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor staff members
• Create staff schedules and manage payroll
• Conduct performance evaluations

Operations Management

• Control operational expenses within budget
• Maintain inventory accuracy and visual standards
• Implement loss prevention strategies
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers

Merchandising

• Execute promotional campaigns effectively
• Maintain stock levels and product displays
• Identify new marketing opportunities
