Key Areas of Impact:
Provide service-focused support to the business with timely and accurate information to aid decision-making and store services.
- Offer ad-hoc coaching to store management and shift runners.
- Respond to call logs within 3 days of receipt.
- Submit admin reports within 48 hours of completing checks.
- Compare previous reports and highlight repeat findings.
- Plan and complete stock takes on time, accurately, with minimal errors.
Deliver Ops Admin KPIs
- Keep stock losses in line with each brand’s standards.
- Achieve admin scores of 90% or above across all brands.
- Report exceptions on out-of-line items to the Regional and/or Ops Executive.
- Complete 2 CCTV remote checks per month, highlighting risk issues and recommending ways to reduce stock loss.
Identify areas of risk in the retail store environment and report them to management. Provide detailed analysis to help decision-makers consider alternative approaches.
- Identify and report risk-related items that could harm the company.
- Complete in-store observation checklists and note any issues.
- Attend morning stock counts and identify suspicious or inaccurate counts.
- Verify the accuracy of all issues and findings, with recommendations for improvement.
- Check evidence of shoe pairing (50 Spitz, 20 KG & GC) during admin checks.
- Complete 2 OHSAS checks per year per store using the mobile app, including action plans and photos.
Focus on Cost Reduction
- Review market-related costs and current best prices for flights, accommodation, meals, petrol cards, and other expenses.
- Submit monthly claims in line with the travel policy.
What It Takes to Succeed:
Experience that sets you up for success:
- 3 years of experience in a similar retail environment.
- 1 year in a Store Manager or Store Admin Manager role.
- Prior experience in a Retail Admin/Internal Control role is advantageous.
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:
- Matric/Grade 12/NQF4.
- Studying towards an Administration or Retail Management degree or diploma is highly advantageous.
Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP.
- Must travel 80% – 90% of the time.
- Ability to stay overnight, sometimes for a full week.
- Valid Manual South African Driver’s License.
