Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage seed quality research projects from concept to completion
  • Design and execute experiments with proper data management and analysis
  • Secure external funding and identify new research opportunities
  • Optimize resource allocation (facilities, staff, equipment)
  • Publish findings in scientific journals and public outreach platforms
  • Provide diagnostic services and technical advice

Requirements

  • Doctorate in relevant field completed
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-master’s research experience
  • Proven expertise in seed quality testing and lab management
  • Record of scientific publications (2+ peer-reviewed articles)
  • Experience in vegetable seed operations (advantageous)
