Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Manage research projects from planning to implementation
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- Coordinate team activities and project reporting
Research & Innovation
- Conduct advanced plant tissue culture studies
- Develop innovative propagation techniques
- Drive commercialization of research outputs
Collaboration & Development
- Build national research partnerships
- Supervise postgraduate students
- Mentor junior staff members
Funding & Growth
- Secure research grants and external funding
- Develop revenue-generating analytical services
Essential Qualifications
- PhD in relevant biological science field
- 3+ years’ hands-on tissue culture experience
- Proven track record of published research
- Experience in project and financial management
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional registration advantageous
