Key Responsibilities:
Research Operations:
- Design and execute research projects addressing gender equality issues
- Analyze policy frameworks and legislative documents
- Prepare briefing materials for parliamentary committees
Strategic Support:
- Contribute to development of oversight programs
- Identify emerging gender policy priorities
- Support international parliamentary engagements
Knowledge Management:
- Monitor national gender policy implementation
- Maintain current sector knowledge through continuous learning
- Develop information resources for MPs and committees
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding of parliamentary processes
- Expertise in gender policy analysis
- Proven ability to translate research into policy recommendations
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder environments
