Research Technicians (6 Positions)

Position Summary:
We seek 6 qualified candidates to support field research and technical operations across multiple provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and supervise team members
- Conduct field research in forage production and agronomy
- Collect/analyze data using basic statistical methods
- Maintain research equipment and infrastructure
- Prepare technical reports and present findings
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OHS Act)
- Support training of junior staff and farmers
Requirements:
- National Diploma/NQF 6 in Crop Production/Pasture Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience in forage systems
- Valid Code 8/10 Driver’s License
- Proven fieldwork coordination skills
- Ability to travel extensively across provinces
- Technical writing and presentation experience
