Education Requirement: National Diploma/BSc in Food Science, Food Technology or related field

About the Role
Join our agricultural research team to support postharvest management and food processing initiatives for medicinal plants and industrial crops. This technical role involves hands-on project execution and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement technical project plans for postharvest systems
- Conduct food processing and product development activities
- Collect and analyze technical data for project reporting
- Maintain food safety standards and quality systems
- Manage laboratory equipment and resources
- Ensure compliance with health/safety protocols
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification in Food Science/Technology or related field
- Practical experience in food processing systems
- Knowledge of food packaging and quality control
- Experience in nutraceutical/cosmeceutical development (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license and computer literacy
- Professional registration with scientific body (preferred)
