Core Responsibilities
- Design and conduct sensory studies including descriptive analysis, texture evaluation, and consumer preference testing
- Manage data collection, processing, and accurate reporting of analytical results
- Coordinate laboratory operations including equipment maintenance and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
- Support training programs for sensory panel members
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation and financial processes
Candidate Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related discipline
- Proven experience in consumer research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Registration with relevant scientific body (advantageous)
