Key Responsibilities
- Execute field operations including planting, irrigation, weeding, and harvesting
- Maintain greenhouse environments and support seedling production
- Assist with fertilizer application and crop maintenance programs
- Operate and maintain farm equipment appropriately
- Follow strict safety protocols and research guidelines
- Provide daily progress updates to supervisors
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Grade 10 qualification (NFQ Level 2)
- 2 years’ practical farming experience
- Knowledge of vegetable cultivation techniques
- Basic understanding of pest control methods
- Physical fitness for field work
Advantageous Skills:
– Tractor operation certification
– Experience with agricultural chemicals application
