Rental Technician – Driver (Night Shift & Weekends)

Job Type:

• Location: Gauteng, Pretoria

• Experience: 1 – 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, install, and collect rental systems (pumps and mattresses) efficiently and within agreed time frames (4 hours).
• Build strong relationships with customers in hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
• Troubleshoot and fault-find issues with medical equipment.
• Maintain adequate stock in the vehicle for quick service turnaround.
• Keep the company vehicle in good condition and adhere to company policies.
• Work night shifts on weekdays and every weekend (rostered with 5 days off in a 14-day cycle, 65 working hours).
• Conduct daily stock counts and ensure proper storage of cleaning agents.

Administrative Duties:

• Complete and upload installation and cancellation documents.
• Maintain daily asset count records.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows company procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and experience in driving company vehicles.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, well-presented, and professional.
