Role Purpose:

Ensure efficient rental operations through equipment management, maintenance, and excellent customer service for medical mobility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Operations:

  • Deliver/install medical equipment within 4-hour service windows
  • Maintain service vehicles and emergency on-call availability
  • Conduct equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Manage stock inventory and safety protocols

Facility Operations:

  • Sanitize equipment using approved methods
  • Perform quality checks and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain clean work areas and PPE compliance

Administrative Duties:

  • Complete service documentation accurately
  • Track equipment serial numbers and maintenance records
  • Support daily operational reporting

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Technical aptitude for equipment maintenance
  • Availability for rotating emergency shifts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
