Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job evaluation processes and maintain grading committee operations
  • Develop compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Conduct market research to establish competitive salary benchmarks
  • Maintain relationships with external remuneration service providers
  • Address internal queries regarding compensation matters

Required Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Proficiency in job evaluation/grading systems
  • Working knowledge of SAP HR and Microsoft Office
