Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job evaluation processes and maintain grading committee operations
- Develop compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct market research to establish competitive salary benchmarks
- Maintain relationships with external remuneration service providers
- Address internal queries regarding compensation matters
Required Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in job evaluation/grading systems
- Working knowledge of SAP HR and Microsoft Office
