Key Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- Basic understanding of record management systems
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage registry counter services and correspondence
- Organize incoming/outgoing documents
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Operate office equipment for registry functions
- Coordinate document archiving and disposal processes
