Key Responsibilities

  • Support academic governance processes and registry operations
  • Monitor regulatory updates in higher education sector
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures documentation
  • Create visual process flows for administrative systems
  • Assist with policy updates and compliance reporting
  • Coordinate graduation ceremonies and academic events
  • Manage scheduling and administrative support for Registrar’s office

Candidate Requirements

  • South African citizen aged 18-35
  • Completed NQF 8 qualification (Honours Degree)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance frameworks (NQF/HEQSF)
  • Excellent written communication abilities
