Our operations involve distributing 1.6 billion liters of drinking water daily through extensive infrastructure including:

  • 12,369 km water distribution network
  • 128 reservoirs and water towers
  • 37 water pump stations

Position: Regional Recruitment Coordinator (3 Positions Available)

Core Responsibilities

  1. Manage full recruitment cycle for vacant positions
  2. Coordinate interview processes including scheduling and document preparation
  3. Verify candidate qualifications and employment references
  4. Facilitate medical and driving assessments for selected candidates
  5. Maintain accurate recruitment records and progress reports
  6. Participate in HR-related committee work

Essential Requirements

  • NQF Level 6 Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Proven recruitment experience (3+ years)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
