Our operations involve distributing 1.6 billion liters of drinking water daily through extensive infrastructure including:
- 12,369 km water distribution network
- 128 reservoirs and water towers
- 37 water pump stations

Core Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle for vacant positions
- Coordinate interview processes including scheduling and document preparation
- Verify candidate qualifications and employment references
- Facilitate medical and driving assessments for selected candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and progress reports
- Participate in HR-related committee work
Essential Requirements
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Proven recruitment experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
