Location: Polokwane Regional Office, Limpopo

Salary: All-inclusive package of R1,494,900 per annum (structured according to Senior Management Service guidelines)

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Property/Built Environment, Management Science, Behavioral Science, or Law
  • Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience
  • Proven experience in property management, asset investment, and built environment operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, government budgeting processes, and construction regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional office operations and service delivery
