Salary: All-inclusive package of R1,494,900 per annum (structured according to Senior Management Service guidelines)

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Property/Built Environment, Management Science, Behavioral Science, or Law
• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience
• Proven experience in property management, asset investment, and built environment operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, government budgeting processes, and construction regulations

• Construction project oversight
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Advanced report writing and policy analysis
• Team leadership and organizational development

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional office operations and service delivery
• Manage capital budgets and infrastructure projects
• Implement empowerment initiatives aligned with government objectives
• Coordinate intergovernmental collaboration efforts
• Optimize office space allocation for client departments
• Drive regional business plan execution and performance monitoring
