Job Description:
The Regional Manager is responsible for improving sales and giving customers a great shopping experience in all stores in the Cape Town region.

Main Duties:

  • Visit stores regularly to check performance and support Store Managers.

  • Review reports and set clear goals to help stores meet Lovisa’s standards.

  • Communicate clearly with your team through calls, written plans, and meetings.

  • Train, guide, and develop your team to help them grow in their roles.

  • Hire passionate team members who love working with customers.

  • Reduce costs by planning staff schedules effectively.

  • Prevent losses by making sure all team members follow store security rules and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of management experience in retail or sales/customer service.

  • Experience managing multiple stores in a busy environment.

  • Strong understanding of customer service and how to improve it.

  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally when needed.

  • Must live in Cape Town.
