Position Summary

Experience: 5+ years senior management
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7)
Salary: R1,216,824 annual package
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional implementation of social programs:
- Special Programs
- Family & Child Services
- Crime Prevention Initiatives
- Community Development Projects
- Oversee district planning and stakeholder relations
- Lead regional corporate services including HR and finance
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or alternative mobility solution
- Completed SMS Pre-Entry Certificate (to be obtained before appointment)
- Proven experience in:
- Policy implementation
- Strategic leadership
- Budget management
- Team development
