Job Description

  • Welcome all guests at the Spa.
  • Book appointments and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or email.
  • Handle payments for treatments, perform daily cash-up procedures, and complete other basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports and reconciliations for transactions are accurate and submitted to management on time.
  • Have thorough knowledge of various modalities and a general understanding of all Spa services, including special offers and promotions.
  • Use excellent communication skills to understand and meet guests’ needs.
  • Show enthusiasm and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
  • Be a positive and self-motivated team player.
  • Manage workload based on priorities.
  • Ensure all operational procedures are followed and standards of appearance and codes of conduct are maintained by the Front Desk Team.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with a nationally recognized Diploma (minimum 2-year course).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment. Previous experience in a Resort or on a Cruise Ship is an advantage.
  • Confident and competent in performing all face and body treatments and providing home-care recommendations.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
