Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations professionally
- Coordinate meeting logistics and boardroom bookings
- Provide administrative support including record-keeping
- Screen and route incoming calls/messages efficiently
- Handle visitor access control and monitoring
- Maintain updated telephone directories
- Assist municipal stakeholders with queries
Required Qualifications:
- Matric certificate essential
- Certification in Customer Service/Relations
- Proven experience in reception/customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal/written communication abilities
- Computer literacy and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly
