Join Maersk Line, the world’s largest container shipping company, as a Reach Truck Driver in Cape Town. We are looking for a responsible and experienced professional to safely operate reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks to load and unload materials from warehouse racking.
• Navigate the warehouse to transport goods to designated areas.
• Handle pallets carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality.
• Identify and report damages, shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor team.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and record pallet movements.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including wearing PPE.
• Conduct daily inspections and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure cold storage doors remain closed when not in use.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with warehouse staff, quality control teams, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric or equivalent required.
• Reach Truck Certification required.
• 1–5 years of experience operating reach trucks, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
