Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Code C45 – Capacity: 45 Tons

Experience

• 2 – 3 years of experience operating Reach Stackers
• 2+ years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (Tables for picking and binning)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure receipt, storage, and dispatch of shipping line containers
• Maintain accurate Pre-Shift & Post-Shift machine registers
• Report and resolve any anomalies
• Ensure all containers meet BIL QA standards

Container Placement

• Achieve daily move rate targets
• Safely load and off-load containers according to BIL QWI standards
• Process all container movements on the system after each placement
• Meet daily container movement targets set by superiors
• Report discrepancies on containers or locations
• Follow BIL procedures for container loading and off-loading

General Responsibilities

• Operate the Reach Stacker safely and responsibly
• Perform daily checks on the Reach Stacker and report irregularities
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained Reach Stacker
• Be flexible and willing to work overtime when required
• Assist supervisors as needed
• Maintain 5S standards in areas of responsibility
• Adhere to SHE policies, ISO standards, and company policies
• Wear correct PPE at all times
• Report any incidents immediately
• Participate in brainstorming sessions
