Position Summary:

Re-Advertisement: Law Enforcement Officer (MN 3955/25)

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Minimum Education: Grade 12 + Law Enforcement Certification (Higher Certificate/National Certificate)
• Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Policing
• License: Valid Driver’s License
• Location: Gauteng

Key Requirements:

• Peace Officer certification (advantageous)
• Firearm proficiency certification (SAPS standards)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enforce municipal bylaws and national legislation
• Respond to emergency calls and criminal incidents
• Conduct patrols and suspect apprehension
• Manage stolen vehicle recoveries using tracking systems
• Document incidents and testify in court proceedings
• Execute warrants and court orders
• Maintain equipment and submit operational reports
