Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • National Diploma in Engineering/Land Survey/Property Valuation/Town Planning/Property Law (NQF6 with 240 credits)

  • 3 years in property management or related field

Knowledge Areas:

  • Property law, Deeds Office systems, Expropriation Act
  • Land survey principles, environmental regulations

Key Skills:

  • Negotiation, report writing, conflict resolution

  • Coordinate site selection for power infrastructure projects
  • Assess land values and negotiate with property owners
  • Manage land rights transactions and legal compliance
