Education:
- National Diploma in Engineering/Land Survey/Property Valuation/Town Planning/Property Law (NQF6 with 240 credits)

Knowledge Areas:
- Property law, Deeds Office systems, Expropriation Act
- Land survey principles, environmental regulations

- Negotiation, report writing, conflict resolution

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site selection for power infrastructure projects
- Assess land values and negotiate with property owners
- Manage land rights transactions and legal compliance
- Protect organizational assets and service delivery
