Area of Specialization: Ensure the availability, reliability, control, and effectiveness of systems infrastructure to meet business requirements. Work with service providers and suppliers to monitor and maintain infrastructure services that support the division or department’s delivery goals.

Job Description

  • Plan and research technology infrastructure solutions.
  • Advise on the design, build, and transition of IT infrastructure services for all systems and integrations.
  • Support ongoing engagement with business system functions for sustainability.
  • Implement strategies to improve infrastructure for relevant service areas.
  • Monitor and report on infrastructure capacity and performance.

Qualification(s):

  • National Diploma in Information Management or Information Technology at NQF6 with 240 credits

Related Minimum Experience:
