Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle packaging development for product innovations and cost optimization
- Develop sustainable packaging solutions meeting quality and environmental standards
- Oversape supplier partnerships and prototype development processes
- Implement digital tools for packaging testing and decision modeling
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend evaluations
- Lead cross-functional teams through packaging change implementations
- Develop technical specifications and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years packaging development experience (rigid/flexible materials preferred)
- Proven project management and technical leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sustainable packaging principles
- Analytical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities
