Court Representation
- Handle High Court appearances and tribunals
- Manage trial administration from filing to resolution
- Coordinate expert witness engagements
Dispute Resolution
- Lead mediation processes per court rules
- Facilitate pre-trial settlements
- Prepare joint mediation minutes
Legal Advisory
- Provide organizational legal guidance
- Analyze contracts and liability matters
- Advise on tax-related litigation aspects
Team Management
- Lead department recruitment and development
- Oversee performance management
- Implement workforce strategies
Candidate Requirements
- Admitted Attorney/Advocate with High Court appearance rights
- 5+ years personal injury litigation experience
- Proven track record in case management
- Strong understanding of Road Accident Fund regulations
