Position Summary
Cape Town Based | Legal Department | Full-Time
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal policies/procedures
- Prepare comprehensive litigation strategies for High Court matters
- Manage mediation processes per court regulations
- Represent RAF in third-party claim litigation
- Provide expert legal counsel on organizational matters
- Oversee taxation processes and stakeholder engagements
- Lead legal team operations and staff development
Essential Requirements
Education:
- LLB Degree (Essential)
- Postgraduate Law Qualification (Preferred)
- High Court Admission (Attorney/Advocate)
Professional Experience:
- 5-7 years post-qualification legal experience
- Minimum 2 years specialized in personal injury litigation
