Position Overview

We seek a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support healthcare infrastructure development through cost management and quality assurance in building projects.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage cost planning and budgeting for construction projects
– Conduct tender evaluations and contract negotiations
– Oversee project cost control and financial reporting
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
– Develop cost estimation frameworks and standards
– Mentor junior staff and technical personnel
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
– 3+ years practical experience in construction projects
– Valid SACQSP professional registration
– Code B driver’s license
– Strong technical documentation skills
– Proficiency in construction measurement software
