- Professional Registration: SACQSP certification required
- Driving Requirement: Valid operator’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management for construction projects
- Develop quality assurance protocols for quantity surveying
- Supervise technical teams and mentor junior staff
- Oversee project budgeting and financial reporting
- Update organizational policies in compliance with industry standards
- Conduct research to improve cost estimation practices
