Minimum Requirements
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Similar
Valid Driver’s License
Experience:
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Electrical or Civil Construction Industry, related to Quantity Surveying

Good financial and technical skills with regards to construction work especially civil and electrical.
Analytical (attention to details) systematic, logical and process thinking.
Good management and organisational skills, ability to manage conflict and change management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with senior management.
Good interpersonal skills
Good ability to write reports and presentation clear written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
English as preferred language to speak, write and communicate
Strong understanding of the electrical or civil construction industry
Knowledge:
Good knowledge and experience in measuring of construction work and quantity surveying
Good knowledge and understanding of the NEC suite of documents
Good knowledge and understating of the SABS/ SANS 1200 document
Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite, scheduling Software, Financial systems

Key Responsibilities
Measurement of work and review of assessments.
Control of incoming enquiries, timely compilation of quotes and submission to customers.
Provide support in the establishment of enabling contracts.
