Introduction

You will provide pharmaceutical care services within your scope of practice and handle day-to-day dispensary administration according to the company’s Standard Operating Plans (SOPs).

Job Objectives

• Maintain high standards of customer service and care.
• Manage efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine.
• Handle efficient dispensary administration.
• Perform accurate compounding.
• Offer general health advice.
• Keep high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.
• Meet ad hoc requirements as needed for operations.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric with Maths (Essential).
• Meet the minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic, and Learner Basic).

• Knowledge of products in the health aisle and over-the-counter medicines.
• Understanding of SAPC and relevant legal requirements.
