Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • National Diploma/NQF Level 6 qualification in relevant field
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Disaster Management
  • Clean criminal record
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate traffic law enforcement and road safety initiatives
  • Manage disaster preparedness and emergency response plans
  • Supervise safety personnel and equipment allocation
  • Maintain road signage and traffic infrastructure
  • Collaborate with district emergency services
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Prepare operational reports and court documentation
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations
