Position Details

Salary Range: R339,704.04 – R440,952.06 per annum (Excluding Benefits)
Location: Mpumalanga Province
Reporting To: Manager: Operations

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • National Diploma in Public Management/Administration/Social Sciences
  • 3 years’ relevant experience in local government sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement public participation strategies
  • Coordinate community engagement programs and stakeholder meetings
  • Monitor and report on public participation initiatives
  • Manage customer service operations and resolve public inquiries
  • Maintain documentation for compliance reporting
  • Support municipal communication efforts
