Salary Range: R339,704.04 – R440,952.06 per annum (Excluding Benefits)

Reporting To: Manager: Operations

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- National Diploma in Public Management/Administration/Social Sciences
- 3 years’ relevant experience in local government sector

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public participation strategies
- Coordinate community engagement programs and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor and report on public participation initiatives
- Manage customer service operations and resolve public inquiries
- Maintain documentation for compliance reporting
- Support municipal communication efforts
