Internship Details

Position: Psychometrist Intern
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Duration: Fixed-term Internship Agreement
Stipend: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Human Resources team with daily operations
• Gain practical experience in psychometric assessments
• Support HR functions in deadline-driven environment
• Participate in structured workplace learning program

Candidate Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Completed Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology
• HPCSA registration as Psychometrist/Passed Board Exam
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication abilities

Essential Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated professional ethics and discretion
