Role Purpose

Deliver psychological services and manage therapeutic interventions for residents under the Directorate Facility Management.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid HPCSA registration as Clinical Psychologist

Experience Requirements:

• Grade 1: 0-1 years post-registration experience
• Grade 2: 8-9 years post-registration experience
• Grade 3: 16-17 years post-registration experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnosis
• Develop treatment plans and monitor outcomes
• Provide clinical supervision and training
• Maintain professional documentation and records

Required Competencies

• Expertise in HPCSA ethical guidelines
• Knowledge of mental health legislation
• Proficiency in therapeutic interventions
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
