Essential Requirements:

  • Proficiency in two official languages (English required)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful security clearance to Top Secret level
  • Proof of academic qualifications via SAQA evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal guidance for police operations and resource management
  • Manage civil litigation processes and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee labor dispute resolutions and arbitration proceedings
  • Develop legal compliance frameworks and standards
  • Conduct legal workshops and stakeholder engagements
  • Manage departmental resources and budgeting effectively
