Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal guidance for police operations and resource management
- Manage civil litigation processes and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee labor dispute resolutions and arbitration proceedings
- Develop legal compliance frameworks and standards
- Conduct legal workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Manage departmental resources and budgeting effectively
