Required Qualifications

  • NQF Level 7 qualification in one of the following fields:
    Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering,
    Mechatronics Engineering, Environmental Health, Law (LLB/BCOM Law),
    Labor Relations, Accounting, or Auditing
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inspection programs and enforcement policies
  • Oversee legal proceedings and compliance monitoring
  • Analyze and report on provincial inspection program effectiveness
  • Provide strategic guidance on enforcement operations
  • Manage provincial inspection strategies and directives
