Position Details
Job Type: Contract
Location: Gauteng
Experience: 5+ years in project management/scheduling
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Project Management or related field
Minimum Requirements
- Formal qualification: Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years’ experience in project scheduling and management
- Proficiency in SAP Project System, MS Office, and MS Project
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- PMI-Scheduling Professional certification (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain master project schedules
- Monitor project progress and identify delays/risks
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary project timelines
- Analyze contractor schedules for alignment
- Implement project scheduling best practices
- Conduct site meetings and progress reviews
- Archive schedules for future reference
