Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Planner to manage complex schedules for multidisciplinary projects. This role focuses on developing integrated project plans, coordinating resources, and driving successful delivery through advanced scheduling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Coordinate with project teams to establish scope, WBS, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and generate performance reports
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and implement corrective actions
- Manage resource allocation across multiple projects
- Maintain enterprise project structure (EPS) and resource database
- Provide scheduling guidance to project teams and stakeholders
- Mentor junior planning staff
Essential Requirements
- 6+ years project scheduling experience in technical environments
- Expertise in Primavera P6 EPPM and MS Project
- Experience with NEC/FIDIC contract schedules
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management
- Proven track record with multidisciplinary projects
- PMI-SP or equivalent certification (advantageous)
